Return & Replacement Policy

At HuntNReel, your satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in the quality of our products and are committed to resolving any issues promptly, fairly, and in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Defective/Damaged Items
1.1 Timeframe
Please note that:

  • Our policy for defective, damaged, or incorrect items lasts 30 days from the delivery date.
  • If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we may be unable to offer a replacement or refund.

1.2 Eligibility

Because many of our products are personalized, we generally do not accept returns for a change of mind. We gladly offer a free replacement or full refund if the item you receive has a major issue, including when it is:

  • Significantly different from the description or the preview shown before purchase;
  • Damaged or defective due to factory or carrier fault;
  • Incorrect (e.g., wrong size, color, or design compared to your order confirmation).

In other cases not listed above, a partial refund (excluding shipping fees) may be offered at our discretion after reviewing the evidence.

1.3 How to File a Claim

Please email contact@huntnreel.com or submit the form at https://huntnreel.com/pages/contact and include the following (where applicable) to help us resolve your claim quickly:

  • Order number;
  • Photos/videos clearly showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item;
  • If the claim relates to a printing error, please include images showing the error;
  • For sizing issues, include a photo with a measuring tape/ruler positioned on the garment;
  • If any items are missing, include photos of all received items and the shipping label on the package;
  • If an item does not function properly (e.g., malfunctioning LED component where applicable), include a video clearly demonstrating the issue.

Our support team will review your evidence. If eligible, we will resend the product at no additional cost. If replacement is not practical, we will refund the full product cost (including shipping costs for the affected item).

1.4 Note

We typically do not accept refunds or replacements due to customer mistakes such as:

  • Selecting the wrong size, color, or design;
  • Not reviewing the on‑site preview carefully (our print files are automatically generated to match your preview).
    Please double‑check your selections and shipping details before completing checkout.

2. Lost/Missing Items

  • The claim window for lost/missing items is 30 days from your purchase date.
  • If tracking hasn’t updated for more than 14 days for domestic (US) orders or more than 21 days for international orders, you can request a replacement or refund.
  • To file, email contact@huntnreel.com or use the contact form with your order number.
  • Claims may be denied if the address provided was incorrect or incomplete. Please ensure your address is accurate at checkout.

3. Replacement/Refund Process

  • Because our products are customized, we generally do not require a physical return. You may keep, donate, or dispose of the item at your convenience unless our team specifically requests a return for inspection.
  • If we do require a return in rare cases, we will provide instructions and, where applicable, a return label.
  • Replacements follow the same processing time as a standard order.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 1-2 business days (actual posting time depends on your bank/payment provider).

4. Color, Print & Appearance Disclaimer

  • Please allow for up to ~20% variance in color/appearance due to lighting conditions, device/monitor display, and manufacturing tolerances.
  • Such minor variance alone is not considered a defect. If you believe your case goes beyond normal variance, submit evidence and we will review fairly.

5. What This Policy Doesn’t Limit

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable laws in your jurisdiction. We aim to resolve issues promptly and fairly while complying with all consumer protection requirements.
